By downloading or playing Macera Adası (“the Game”) you agree to these terms. The Game is provided by Şafak Aybütüğ (“we”).
1. Using the Game
- The Game is free and may be used for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- The Game is designed for players aged 13 and over; younger children should play with a parent's supervision.
- You are responsible for your account's security. Don't share the password of a linked e-mail address.
2. Rules of conduct
The following are not allowed:
- trying to disrupt the Game, its servers or other players' experience,
- using cheats, modified versions of the Game, bots or security holes,
- harassing or bullying other players,
- reverse engineering, copying or distributing the Game.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules without notice.
3. In-game gold and items
Gold and heroes in the Game are virtual items usable only inside the Game; they have no real-money value and can't be sold or transferred. There are no real-money purchases in the Game.
4. Intellectual property
All content of the Game (characters, graphics, sounds, code) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law.
5. Availability
We may change the Game, remove features or end the service. Multiplayer features may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance or connection issues; single-player play also works offline.
6. Liability
The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
7. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the Game via My Account → Delete my account. See the account deletion page for details.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
